It’s certainly been a productive weekend, with DRR in attendance at many racing events across the country. Apologies if I have failed to capture them all but here goes:
First, we had a good turnout at the Tonbridge half today with many PB’s registered. Quite an achievement given the nature of the course. Charlotte, Lisa and Sophie’s combined running prowess brought home the ladies Team prize – great effort all.
We also had runners participating at the Givaudan Ashford 10k – hope you got the times you were after.
The autumn marathon season is truly upon us, with several fine runs recorded. Terry Felvus completed Bournemouth Marathon today in 3.26.04. Andy Green 2.44.41, Andy Bunt 3.12.49 and Ian Martin 3.55.31 all ran the Chester Marathon and all in very good times. The two Andys were sporting England vests and I believe both gained qualifying times to earn an EA place again.
